1. Introduction

Welcome to FootyX. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using FootyX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The FootyX website and services.
• User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• Player: A User who joins football sessions.
• Organizer: A User who creates and manages football sessions.
• Facility Owner: A User who manages facilities and their availability.
• Session: A football event created by an Organizer.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password (a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person, or engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Platform.

5. Sessions and Bookings

For Players:

When you join a session, you agree to pay the specified fee. You may cancel your booking according to the cancellation policy specified by the Organizer. Failure to attend a session without proper cancellation may result in a no-show fee.

For Organizers:

When you create a session, you agree to provide accurate information about the session, including date, time, location, and any requirements for players. You may cancel a session according to our cancellation policy, but repeated cancellations may affect your rating and status on the Platform.

For Facility Owners:

When you list your facility, you agree to provide accurate information about the facility, including location, amenities, and availability. You may update your facility's availability, but cancelling confirmed bookings may result in penalties.

6. Payments and Fees

FootyX charges a service fee for using the Platform. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the session fee and is deducted from the payment to the Organizer. Players pay the full session fee, which includes the service fee.

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

7. Ratings and Reviews

Users may rate and review Organizers, Players, and Facilities. Ratings and reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on personal experience. We reserve the right to remove ratings and reviews that violate our guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FootyX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FootyX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
